Background & Brief

As part of a major overhaul in the strategic direction of the Post Office in the UK, they launched a range of new products and services in 2004.  These included personal loans, along with personal, home, car and travel insurance products.  They appointed Tibus to deliver the online personal loans elements of this work.  The online channel was a key route to market for them, as was the need to provide their online visitors with an online real time confirmation / rejection of their loan application.
