Tibus can offer fibre connectivity from any location, presenting it as Ethernet port on a Cisco router at your site. All services are fully managed and backed by a 99.999% SLA, pro-active 24x7 NOC over-sight and unlimited technical support and advice.
We will be delighted to help guide you on the best solution for your individual requirements and this consultation process is entirely free of charge. We understand that the process of helping to choose the best connectivity solution is as important as providing the solution itself.
Our services range from 1Mb to multiple GigE and wavelength services, delivered on a single path or a fully diverse path depending on your specific requirements. Where your premises aren’t on-net, we will incorporate a fibre tail from the optimum provider to deliver a single connectivity solution for you.

Transferring to Tibus Ethernet services is simple and straightforward. You won’t encounter any downtime and Tibus will make all necessary changes on your behalf.
Billing
All services are charged on a monthly service basis, through a fixed term contract.
Tibus is proud of its reputation for approachable and knowledgeable support. Our team is highly available (no waiting in a Call Centre queue) and is based in Belfast. We encourage our clients to develop technical relationships with individuals in our team, contacting them through their individual email addresses and phone numbers.
Our Support team members are personally responsible for managing each client query through to completion, no matter which Tibus department is involved. You can be sure that your change will be completed or your question will be answered, both promptly and professionally.
We offer both unlimited e-mail support (support@tibus.com) and unlimited telephone-based support 028 9033 1122, allowing us to serve our clients in a manner that best suits them. This support is available from 8am to 6pm and is included within the service charge. Full 24x7 NOC facilities are also in place.
Individually tailored support packages can also be developed for clients for particularly complex or specific support requirements.
